Pre-Listing Inspection

Check-In Inspection
Maybe you are a new homeowner or have been a homeowner for years. We will come out and do a walkthrough of your home with you and point out areas of improvement and areas of concern. This is verbal only. No official report will be given

Axillary Services
* Sewer Scopes
Inspector will use a flexible borescope camera to see and record video of your pipes. This is inserted from your home’s main drainpipe. This is used to looks for cracks, roots, clogs, and other imperfections that can be very costly problems to fix.
* 1 Hour Well Testing
Provides a quick, high-level review of the well’s performance and pumping system. Can be less accurate than the 4- hour yield test. Best for newer drilled wells, or quick assessment.
* 4 Hour Well Testing
Determines the well’s production or yield in gallons per minute (GPM) over a longer period, providing a more accurate assessment of sustained flow. Required by some regulatory agencies (e.g., Environmental Health Services) or lending institutions for certain situations. A 4-hour test can be used to determine if a well can meet the water needs of a house, or to assess the impact of pumping on the aquifer.
